Where am I based?

I am based in the United Kingdom, so please bare this in mind when placing an order for a specific time, as it may take longer to arrive if you live overseas.

Why have I stopped shipping to the EU?

As of December 13, 2024, the European Union's new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) require all sellers outside the EU or Northern Ireland to appoint a Responsible Person or Authorized Representative located within the EU or Northern Ireland. This representative ensures compliance with EU safety standards for all products sold or sent to the EU, including handmade and gifted items.

Unfortunately, as a small business based in the UK, I do not currently have a representative in the EU or Northern Ireland to meet this requirement. Without one, I cannot legally ship my products to the EU.

Thank you for your understanding, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes to my EU customers.

 

Shipping to the US, Australia & Other International Countries with Import Taxes

I, Kat Lockwood (a.k.a FaeRinmori), am not collecting or remitting VAT import taxes. This means that your package will be collected by your country when it reaches customs. You may experience package delays and additional processing fees. You can also check with you country’s customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before ordering.

Please note that by placing an order, you, the buyer, understand that you are liable for any VAT fees/charges that occur.

Please understand that I, Kat Lockwood, am not responsible for any import taxes and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES/CHARGES/FEES ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE PAID TO YOUR COUNTRY TO CLAIM YOUR PACKAGE.

Do you accept returns?

Do you do customs?

Currently I am not accepting custom orders for my handmade items. I would like to offer them at some point in the future, so please keep and eye on my socials or sign up to the mailing list to keep up to date.
